Folgrid Technologies, S.L. ("Folgrid", "we", "us") processes personal data you provide to us with full respect for your privacy and in accordance with applicable law. Please read this Policy carefully before providing us with any personal data.

Folgrid is not currently required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) under Article 37 GDPR, though we have adopted equivalent organisational measures. For any privacy-related enquiries, please contact us at the email address above.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data you provide voluntarily. When you use our contact form or request information, we collect: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and the content of your message.

2.2 Agrivoltaic Calculator. The calculator tool processes geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) that you enter manually or share via your device's geolocation. These coordinates are used solely to query climate data from external APIs and generate your calculation report. We do not store these coordinates persistently or link them to your identity.

2.3 Browsing data. When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical data: pseudonymised IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and session duration. This data is collected via web analytics tools.

Folgrid does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

5. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may be established outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure that transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards under GDPR (Arts. 44–49), such as:

Once the applicable retention period expires, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age.
